Built and Managed to Accommodate Your Employees
Our hotels are not only located and developed to meet your unique requirements for workforce accommodation; our clients also receive our hospitality industry expertise and operational experience without the responsibility or liability of hotel management.
Industry-Leading On-Site Management Teams
While our corporate level functions are performed in Wichita, Kansas; our hotels are segregated into regions – each having a regional manager to direct operations. Individual hotels are run by an on-site General Manager who oversees the hotel’s business operations including hiring, training and supervising of hotel personnel. Nearly all of our General Managers have been promoted to their positions after rising through Lodging Enterprises’ ranks, most of whom have been in their current positions for five years or more.
Implementation of Advanced Technology
Lodging Enterprises believes that you, our clients, want a better way. Automation is underway by implementing new systems that will play a significant role in ease of booking, expediting check-in/check-outs, and managing room assignments.
ONE Support Culture
How our employees (Supporters) engage each and every day with our guests, your employees, forms an emotional anchor.
As part of ONE Lodging Management, our ONE culture is where our 1,000 + talented Supporters are held accountable yet feel empowered and supported at the same time. It’s a culture that ONE Supporters embody and thrive within.
We’ve built our culture with ONE promise to our Supporters: to always encourage initiative, reward success and promote from within. Relying on decades of experience, we know that treating our Supporters as we want them to treat our guests is a win-win solution.
An initial amenity for our rail clients, Penny’s Diners have grown to 27 locations. Skilled in restaurant design, concept planning, and construction operations, we use the latest in pre-fabricated, modular designs for our restaurants. This concept allows newly built or converted hotels to receive a transportable restaurant concept via flatbed truck and installed on-site within minimal time.
No restaurant would be complete without acknowledging our senior F&B team. Drawing from our larger ONE Supporter base, our senior F&B team comes to our Penny’s Diner restaurants having had experience within Marriott, Westin and other brands in GM and/or leadership team roles. They are well-equipped to provide outstanding F&B programs that ensure guest satisfaction.
Award Winning Service, Outstanding Excellence
We have built a solid, long-term relationship with our clients by exceeding their demand for unique, mandatory lodging requirements. Our hotels have been built to go beyond all of our clients’ specifications and satisfaction is evident through our clients’ customer satisfaction scores that continually exceed their expectations.
How do we do it? We attribute our success directly to our ‘Promises’, which are posted in every back office/heart of the house of each hotel we manage:
Our Promises: to make our Clients and Guests feel welcome, to provide the highest quality experience, and respond to their every need in a professional and authentic manner.
Proven Recruitment and Training Programs
Our People Support systems are highly effective in attracting external talent and at the same time, retain and leverage internal talent. Created for and executed by our Supporters (employees), our Ways & Practices are fully engrained in every hotel we manage.
Lodging Enterprises strives to be recognized as an Employer of Choice and we’ve accomplished this distinction by providing:
- Positive work experience
- Opportunities for growth
- Personal and professional development
- Quality leadership at every level
- ONE culture, where people are held accountable yet feel empowered and supported at the same time.
“Support is the foundation of ONE culture. We see everyone in a role where they support others, whether they support a Client, a Guest or another Supporter. We are forever reminding everyone that support is the foundation of your job description, no matter what your job happens to be.”
Brenda Helps, VP of People Support
